The Public Association “Energy Union” and Usługi Doradcze Joanna Grabowska Have Signed a Memorandum of Understanding

Warsaw, June 15, 2026

The Public Association “Energy Union” and the Polish consulting company Usługi Doradcze Joanna Grabowska have signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at developing cooperation between the members of the PU “Energy Union” and Polish energy market participants.

The signed document outlines the parties’ intentions regarding the development of professional cooperation, support for Ukrainian energy companies entering the Polish market, the exchange of expert knowledge, and the facilitation of the Ukrainian energy sector’s integration into the European energy space.

The Memorandum was signed by the Head of the PA “Energy Union”, Olha Tahieva, and the founder of Usługi Doradcze Joanna Grabowska, Joanna Grabowska — Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Energy, economist, energy market expert, and business consultant.

During the working meeting in Warsaw, the parties discussed current trends in the development of the energy markets in Ukraine and Poland, regulatory requirements, the specifics of licensing activities in the Polish market, prospects for cross-border cooperation, and practical opportunities for Ukrainian companies planning to operate in European Union countries.

The Memorandum envisions cooperation in the areas of:

  • exchanging professional experience and expert knowledge;
  • conducting joint webinars, business meetings, and consultations;
  • providing informational support to Ukrainian companies regarding operations in the Polish energy market;
  • developing contacts between participants of the Ukrainian and Polish energy markets;
  • implementing joint educational, consulting, and business initiatives.

Olha Tahieva, Head of the PA “Energy Union”, noted: “It is extremely important for Ukrainian energy companies to gain practical knowledge and experience working in European markets. We highly value the opportunity to collaborate with Ms. Joanna Grabowska and are convinced that the signed Memorandum will become the foundation for implementing useful projects and creating new opportunities for our Union members.”

I am convinced that our cooperation will help strengthen partnerships between Polish and Ukrainian market participants and create new opportunities for business development.”

The parties agreed to continue their cooperation by holding joint expert events, consultations, and providing practical support to Ukrainian companies interested in developing their business in the Polish energy market.
