The inclusion of the innovative technological solution for electrical contact connections based on shape memory alloys into the new edition of the Electrical Installation Rules is not just a formal recognition. It is the result of 30 years of scientific work, practical testing, belief in one’s own idea, and the perseverance of the Ukrainian engineering school.
It is especially important that this development is aimed at improving the reliability, fire safety, and operational efficiency of electrical contacts, and consequently, at strengthening the security of Ukraine’s energy infrastructure.
