On August 13, 2025, we held a meaningful, dynamic, and results-oriented working meeting.
We are grateful to all participants for their openness, professionalism, and willingness to act together in defending the interests of the market.
Two key issues were discussed:
- Price caps in procurement: response strategy.
Speaker: Oleksandr Kudym - Correlation of legislation in the field of public procurement and energy — how budgetary institutions and suppliers should act under the mechanism of self-generation and sale of surplus electricity through Prozorro.
Speakers: Marta Yukhman — lawyer, and Nadiya Mandzyn — Head of the Public Sales Department, PRET SERVICE ENERGOZMIN LLC
Following the discussion, it was decided to:
- Prepare a unified, official, and clear proposal to address the issues raised.
- Appeal to the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Energy, NEURC, and the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Housing and Communal Services with an initiative to hold a joint meeting to comprehensively resolve urgent issues of the retail electricity market.
