The Public Association “Energy Union” continues its series of practical online meetings for the Association’s members!
On July 15, 2026, an online meeting will be held dedicated to the new Law of Ukraine “On Public Procurement” and its practical application in the field of electricity procurement.
The event will be organized by the PA “Energy Union” in collaboration with experts from Zakupivli.Pro, who will share their practical experience applying the new legislation and provide answers to pressing questions from market participants.
During the meeting, the following topics will be discussed:
- Key changes to the Law of Ukraine “On Public Procurement”;
- Provisions that have already entered into force;
- Specifics of making amendments to electricity procurement contracts;
- Practical aspects of applying the new rules for electricity suppliers;
- Answers to questions from market participants.
