On June 24, 2026, the Public Association “Energy Union” will hold an online meeting with representatives of the Ukrainian Energy Exchange.
Topic of the meeting: “Futures Contracts as a Price Risk Hedging Tool in the Electricity Market of Ukraine”
During the meeting, the Ukrainian Energy Exchange will present the concept of a hedging mechanism using futures contracts, which is proposed for professional discussion with market participants.
Speaker: Anton Shevchenko, International Cooperation Manager at the Ukrainian Energy Exchange.
Participants will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the presented approach, ask questions, and join a professional discussion regarding the prospects for developing price risk management tools in the Ukrainian electricity market.
