During the meeting, the draft amendments to the Market Rules regarding the formation of imbalance prices were thoroughly reviewed, potential implications for electricity suppliers’ activities were discussed, and a coordinated position of the Association was developed.
Following the professional discussion, a formal statement was prepared and sent to NPC “Ukrenergo” and NEURC, outlining the position of the Association’s members, economic and systemic comments, as well as substantiated arguments regarding the risks of the proposed amendments.
