The fifth international exhibition and conference ReBuild Ukraine: Construction & Energy 2025 opened today in Warsaw and will run for two days. The event is a key European platform for coordinating and promoting Ukraine’s reconstruction projects.
This year, the exhibition gathered over 6,000 participants, 762 companies from 33 countries, and 23 national pavilions. Among the attendees are government institutions, municipalities, investors, international financial organizations, and companies working in construction, energy, logistics, and manufacturing of materials for rebuilding. 160 Ukrainian communities also joined the event.
Vice Prime Minister Taras Kachka officially presented the first pavilion of the newly unified Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture.
“Every investment project is part of the broader transformations already taking place in Ukraine. We are grateful to the European Union and business partners for working together on this modernization,”
— Taras Kachka
The event also gathered Deputy Ministers Daria Marchak and Andrii Teliupa, as well as representatives of the Ministry, UkraineInvest, the State Property Fund of Ukraine, the Kyiv School of Economics, and the PPP Agency.
This year’s pavilion is organized with a clear structure and a strong focus on practical tools for investors. Visitors can explore opportunities in manufacturing localization, public-private partnerships, privatization assets, and industrial parks.
A key highlight is the updated interactive investment map of Ukraine — a clickable online tool featuring current investment projects.
Energy companies from across the country have come here to find solutions, partnerships, and support for recovery. Ahead lies significant work to strengthen Ukraine’s energy system.
Yes, these days the country is living through many emotions, difficult news, and intense discussions. This is not easy — neither for us, nor for our international partners. But we know one thing for certain: our energy workers have been keeping the country powered for four years of war. Their resilience is the foundation we all stand on.
We work so that people and businesses have light.
So that the energy system endures.
So that Ukraine can rebuild —
despite everything, and every single day
