NCRERC Invites You to Join the “Digital Literacy Month” Initiative

The Digital Literacy Month will run from 1 to 30 November 2025. This annual initiative aims to enhance the digital skills of Ukrainians and promote the importance of digital competence for everyday life and professional growth.

The initiative is implemented by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine through the national digital education platform Diia.Osvita.
The project offers more than 225 free educational series, simulators, and tests, as well as a nationwide network of 5,000 offline digital education hubs.

To date, over 6 million Ukrainians have joined the digital skills development programmes available on Diia.Osvita. The next goal is to strengthen the knowledge needed to protect citizens in the digital environment.

In the context of russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine, digital literacy has become crucial for countering propaganda and disinformation, identifying fake content, ensuring personal digital safety, and supporting the country’s resilience and victory.

To improve your digital skills within this initiative, you can take advantage of the free learning resources available on the Diia.Osvita platform at the link below: https://osvita.diia.gov.ua/
