The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has adopted Resolution No. 1267 dated October 8, 2025, amending Resolution No. 812 of July 19, 2022.
The validity of the Public Service Obligations (PSO) on the natural gas market has been extended until March 31, 2026.
The amendments concern the provisions regulating gas supply to heat producers, budgetary institutions, and other consumers.
