Energy Union Participated in Online Discussions Organized by the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission (NEURC)

The Public Association “Energy Union” took part in online discussions organized by the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission of Ukraine (NEURC) on the topic:

“Public hearings on comments and proposals to the Temporary Procedure for determining the volumes of electricity purchases on the electricity market.”

Both meetings were held via Zoom and brought together over 50 market representatives.

The discussions were conducted in accordance with Part Four of Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine “On the National Commission…” and Clause 3.3 of the Procedure for Public Discussions of NEURC Draft Decisions (Resolution No. 866 dated June 30, 2017).

During the meetings, participants reviewed generalized comments and proposals submitted between May 28 and June 6, 2025 regarding the draft regulatory act — the NEURC resolution “On amending the Temporary Procedure for determining the volumes of electricity purchases by electricity suppliers and distribution system operators for the transitional period.”

The discussion was constructive, with mutual respect and appreciation for every viewpoint.

We thank NEURC for its openness to dialogue, and all participants — especially our Union members — for their active engagement!

We now await the final resolution to be approved and officially published.
