Public Association “Energy Union” has submitted an official appeal to the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission (NEURC) regarding price caps.
Any deviation from European approaches to price caps is a step backward from integration. Price caps should be aligned with European levels — without “Ukrainian experiments.”
