We inform you that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, by Resolution №311 dated March 12, 2026, amended CMU Resolutions №1127 of October 27, 2023 (regarding special rules for electricity imports under martial law) and №39 of January 15, 2026.
The amendments shortened the validity period of the temporary mechanism, which provided for the non-application of measures for forced electricity restrictions to non-household consumers, provided that electricity imports were ensured at a level of at least 90% of consumption in each settlement hour.
Instead of the previously set date of March 31, 2026, these provisions were effective only until March 13, 2026.
Therefore, as of March 14, 2026, the specified temporary mechanism has ended.
