
On March 22, 2024, the Public Association “Energy Union”, together with Polish partners, organized an event titled “European–Ukrainian Energy Market: Partnership and Prospects.”
Modern energy systems require constructive dialogue and cooperation among all market participants. We believe that together we are stronger, and our shared goal is the development of a sustainable, efficient, and competitive energy sector.
We are working to create favorable conditions for doing business in the energy market, promoting the implementation of energy-efficient technologies and strengthening energy security. Our common objective is the development and transformation of Ukraine’s energy sector in line with European standards and legislation.
Participants
The meeting brought together representatives of the energy sector, including:

- Iryna Beresnieva, CEO of TOLK Ukraine
- Viktoriia Hlukhaikina, Commercial Director of TOLK Ukraine
- Krzysztof Rogulski, international energy expert
- Oleksii Lunin, Director of ENERGYPRO100
Other participants included:
- Marek Krzysteczko, Member of the Management Board of Orlen Energia
- Stanislav Horbachevskyi, CEO of Task Force
- Robert Mirek-Hoffman, Advisor to the President of the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs on economic cooperation between Ukraine and the EU
as well as many other representatives of the energy sector.
Discussion topics
During the meeting, participants discussed a wide range of issues related to business development in the energy sector.
Business partners explored opportunities for communication and cooperation between electricity suppliers, members of the Public Association “Energy Union,” as well as Polish traders and energy suppliers.
Participants jointly concluded that, in order to effectively address business challenges and maintain strong partnerships, it would be beneficial to organize quarterly meetings for discussions and cooperation.
Results of the meeting
As a result of the meeting, a proposed calendar of future meetings and discussions was developed.
