This holiday symbolizes the centuries-old tradition of Ukrainian state-building, the resilience of our people, and their desire to live in a free, independent, and sovereign state.
For centuries, Ukrainians have repeatedly fought for the right to their own statehood. And today, amidst a full-scale war, we are especially acutely aware of the true price of freedom, independence, and the right to independently determine the future of our country.
We express our sincere gratitude to our defenders, who protect Ukraine every day, as well as to everyone who, through their work, professionalism, and responsibility, strengthens the state, supports its economy, and brings our shared Victory closer.
May the Day of Ukrainian Statehood inspire each of us to unity, mutual support, and joint work for the sake of a strong, democratic, and European Ukraine.
