On December 30, 2025, the NEURC adopted Resolution No. 2242, which introduces amendments to the Temporary Procedure for determining electricity purchase volumes.

The implementation of incentive coefficients has been postponed until December 31, 2026, for budget institutions and enterprises included in the Unified Register of Budget Managers and Recipients.
